简要阐述中国图书馆学理论和方法创新的必要性,并在学科理论和概念内涵的基础上,从综合法、修正法、独创法3个方面论述理论和概念的创新方法。

Expatiates briefly the necessity of innovating the library science theory and methods in China, and introduces the ways for innovating the theory and concepts in three aspects: integration, adjustment and creation.
