摘要
介绍网络信息计量学的概念及其产生和发展;通过介绍HTML语言和都柏林核心集进一步探讨进行网络信息计量学研究的新方法和新规则。最后,概述网络信息计量学的新应用。
Based on the development of net technologies, this paper introduces concept and development of webmetrics. Then through a detailed explanation of HTML and DC, discusses the new approaches and rules governing the practical use . At last, summarizes its new applications.
