摘要 详细介绍了人工角膜 (keratoprosthesis,KPs)的研究情况 ,描述了当前各种类型的人工角膜及其存在的缺点 ,并讨论了理想的人工角膜及组织工程化人工角膜应达到的要求。近年来的研究主要集中于运用多孔高分子材料作为中央 -周边型人工角膜的周边支架材料 ,改善材料的生物结合能力。 This paper introduced the evolution of keratoprosthesis (KPs) from the earliest devices to the newly developed types,pointed out their drawbacks and discussed the properties that an ideal keratoprosthesis or a tissue engineering keratoprosthesis must possess.Recent researches focused on the use of porous polymers as the skirt of core skirt keratoprosthesis and tried to improve the material's biologicial intergration.
