摘要 目的 :探讨S -NSE浓度对判断脑损伤的程度和预后的临床价值。方法 :通过酶标法测定 4 0例颅脑损伤病人血清中NSE的含量 ,30例健康体检人S -NSE作为对照组进行研究。结果 :正常对照组NSE含量为 8 15±1 96 (ng/ml) ,研究组S -NSE浓度为 2 4 88± 13 96 (ng/ml) ,研究组S -NSE浓度较对照组明显升高 ,经统计学分析P <0 0 1有显著性差异 ;S -NSE浓度与脑损伤程度和预后相关。结论 :S-NSE浓度是判断脑损伤程度和评价预后的一个敏感指标 。 Objective:To study the value from assessment of extent of br ain damage and its prognosis in head injury by de terminatio n of s-NSE.Method:enzymatic determinatio n of NSE in serum was perform in 40 pa tients with head injury,and 30 normal p eople were used as trol.Result:level of s-NSE among the study group was 24 88±13 96(ng/ml)and that of norma l controls 8 15±1 98(ng/ml),S NSE was in patien ts with brain damage,With significaut difference statislicalhy( P <0 01).and was correlated with the degree of injury and ul timate outcome.Conclusion:s-NSE was a sensitive index to brain damage and prognosi s prediction,and determination of s-NSE was superior to GCS in the prediction of prognosis of pat ients with severe head injury.
