肾上腺囊肿(附7例报告)

Adrenal Cysts:A Report of 7 Cases

目的 :提高肾上腺囊肿的诊断和治疗水平。方法 :回顾 7例肾上腺囊肿的临床资料和诊治情况 ,并复习相关文献加以讨论。结果 :7例均行手术切除 ,病理检查为假性囊肿 4例 ,上皮性囊肿 2例 ,内皮性囊肿 1例。结论 :肾上腺囊肿主要靠CT诊断 ,若有临床症状或内分泌功能应手术治疗 ,否则以CT征像分类给予不同处理措施。

Objective:To improve the diag nosis and therapeutic level of adrenal cy sts.Methods:The data of 7cases of adrenal cysts and the selected literature were reviewed.Results:All the cysts were removed,in which there were 4 pseudocysts,2 epithelial cysts and one endothelial cyst.conclusions:The diagnosis of adrenal c ysts was largely based on CT scan.Adrenal cysts giveing symptoms or still having glandulas functions s hould be treated surgically,otherwise it could be treated in different way accor ding to different radiological subtypes determined by CT images.
