深圳泥岗社区妇幼卫生服务现状调查

Investigation on the Status quo of Maternal and Child Health Service of the Nigang Community in Shenzhen

目的 全面了解深圳市泥岗社区妇幼卫生服务现状。方法 抽取泥岗200名有学龄前儿童的母亲作为研究对象,采用调查表进行询问。结果 早孕检查率占69.0％,孕期检查率占97.6％;住院分娩率占88.7％,产后访视率占50.0％;儿童定期进行体格检查占89.2％。结论 要加强医疗服务队伍建设,提高社区卫生服务质量,提高妇幼卫生保健水平。

OBJECTIVE To describe tho present situation of matornal and child health service in Nigang community, Shenzhen. METHODS Selecting 200 women who have at least one pre-school-age child as study object in Nigang community.weinterviewed them with the questionnaire. RESULTS The interviewee who had their first attendance in the first trimesters accounted for 69.0% .The rate of pregnaucy examination was 97.6%.The majority (88.7%) of the interviewes were confined in hospital. The rate of the postnatal investigation was 50.0% .About 89.2% of the interviewees' children were examined regularly. CONCLUSION We must to develop the medical works' troops,to effectively improve the community health service quality, to raise the maternal and child health care level.
