利胃平颗粒剂治疗消化性溃疡临床观察

Observation of the function of Liweiping particulate agent in the treatment of peptic ulcer

目的:观察利胃平颗粒剂治疗消化性溃疡及缓解上消化道综合症状群的疗效。方法:39例 18岁以上主诉有消化系统综合症状群的患者 ,经胃镜诊断为活动性胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡 ,其中 2 2例患者 (十二指肠溃疡14例 ,胃溃疡 8例 )采用自身服药前后复查胃镜 ,通过观察溃疡面积的大小变化情况 ,确定治疗效果。结果 :治疗 6周后 ,消化性溃疡的愈合率为 72 .73%,总有效率为 86 .36 %。服药 7d后 ,上腹疼痛缓解率为 87.18%。治疗过程中 ,未见不良反应。 结论:利胃平颗粒剂是治疗消化性溃疡安全有效的纯中药制剂 ,值得开发研究。

Objective: To observe the results of Liweiping particulate agent (LPA) in treating peptic ulcer and maldigestive syndrome. Method: 39 patients (>18 y) with maldigestive syndrome were diagnosed by endoscopy to have active gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer and then were treated by LPA. 22 of 39 patients (14 duodenal ulcer and 8 gastric ulcer) were checked by the second endoscopy to ascertain the result of treatment according to the change of ulcerous area after a course of six weeks treatment. Result: The healing rate of peptic ulcer was 72.73% and the total effective rate was 86.36% after six weeks of using LPA. The pain relaxing rate was 87.18% after seven days of using LPA. It was similar on the healing rate and the total effective rate of the gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, no sinificant difference (P>0.05). During the treatment of LPA there was no side effect noticed. Conclusion: LPA is a safe and effective drawed Chinese herbal medicine and is worthy to be researched further.
