臂丛神经根损伤后aFGF基因在脊髓运动神经元的表达 被引量:1

The expression and its significance of acidic fibroblast factor genes in neurons after spinal cord trauma

摘要 目的:研究大鼠臂丛神经根损伤后酸性成纤维细胞生长因子 (a FGF)在脊髓前角运动神经元的表达及表达的保护作用。方法:选用 12 0只健康成年 SD系大鼠 ,随机分为脊髓神经根损伤组、假手术组和正常对照组 ,每组再设 1h组、6 h组、2 4h组、48h组 ,实验组造成臂丛神经损伤 ,取大鼠脊髓标本 ,然后应用免疫组化技术(L SAB)染色 ,观察 a FGF基因在脊髓前角运动神经元的表达。 结果:在脊髓神经根损伤组的手术后不同时间组中 ,损伤脊髓神经元表达不同。在损伤 1h表达达高峰 ,持续至伤后 6 h,在脊髓神经根损伤 2 4h后恢复正常。在假手术组和正常对照组的手术后不同时间组中 ,表达结果无差异。结论 :神经元损伤后 ,脊髓运动神经元 a FGF基因表达增加 ,提示这与脊髓运动神经元修复机制有关 ,尤其在早期修复过程中 a FGF基因表达增加具有很重要的抗损伤保护作用。 Objective: To study the expression and its protection action of acidic fibroblast factors (aFGF) genes in spinal cord cells after their trauma in rats. Methods: To choose 120 cases of SD rats, to make a trauma, then design 3 groups: trauma group, feigned operation group and control group; make traumas and get samples. Immunohistochemistry (LSAB) was used and samples were observed. Results: The expression of aFGF genes in spinal cord cells in different time groups: Expression of aFGF genes was evidently increased with their peak from 1 hour to 6 hours after trauma. Expression of aFGF decreased to the normal at 24 hours after trauma. Conclusion: The increased expression of aFGF genes in spinal cord cells may be related to the spinal cord cell repair against trauma, especially have important action of protection in the early stage.
