摘要
目的 对赤芝子实体的化学成分进行研究。方法 利用各种色谱技术进行分离 ,主要采用一维、二维核磁谱及 X-衍射分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从赤芝子实体中分离得到 4个化合物 ,其结构经波谱和 X-衍射分析鉴定为 :3β-氧 -甲酰基 - 7β,12β-二羟基 - 4 ,4 ,14α-三甲基 - 5α-胆甾 - 11,15 -二酮 - 8-烯 (E) - 2 4 -酸 (3β- oxo- formyl- 7β,12β- dihy-droxy- 4 ,4 ,14 α- trimethyl- 5 α- chol- 11,15 - dioxo- 8- ene(E) - 2 4 - oic acid, ) ;3β-氧 -甲酰基 - 7β,12 β-二羟基 - 5 α-羊毛甾 -11,15 ,2 3-三酮 - 8-烯 (E) - 2 6 -酸 (3β- oxo- formyl- 7β,12 β- dihydroxy- 5 α- lanost- 11,15 ,2 3- trioxo- 8- en(E) - 2 6 - oic acid, ) ;麦角甾醇 (ergosterol, ) ;麦角甾 - 7,2 2 -二烯 - 3β-醇 (ergosta- 7,2 2 - dien- 3β- ol, )。结论 化合物 和
Object To study the chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss ex Fr.) Karst Methods Individual constituent was isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column and structurally elucidated by the NMR spectra and X ray diffraction analysis Results Four compounds were obtained from the alcohol extract and identified as 3β oxo formyl 7β, 12β dihydroxy 4, 4, 14α trimethyl 5α chol 11, 15 dioxo 8 en (E) 24 oic acid (Ⅵ); 3β oxo formyl 7β, 12β dihydroxy 5α lanost 11, 15, 23 trioxo 8 en (E) 26 oic acid (Ⅶ); ergosterol (Ⅷ) and ergosta 7, 22 dien 3β ol (Ⅸ), respectively Conclusion Compound Ⅵ and Ⅶ are new triterpenes
