银杏叶注射剂指纹图谱的研究

目的 建立银杏叶药材、中间体及其注射剂中间体的指纹图谱。方法 以芦丁为内标物 ,采用 HPL C法分析银杏黄酮苷。结果 银杏叶药材、中间体及注射剂的指纹图谱有较好的相关性 ,所有共有峰的参数符合国家药品监督管理局关于有关中药注射剂的技术要求。
