染料激光与曲安奈德联合治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效观察

Clinical observation of hypertrophic scar treated by dye laser and triamicinolone acetonide

对68例外观较红的增生性瘢痕进行治疗,其中20例和36例患者分别进行了联合治疗与单独用染料激光、单独局封的自身对照研究,2例进行了组织学研究。联合治疗的总有效率为92.6%,其疗效明显优于单独激光或局封。组织学研究表明,染料激光照射后,瘢痕内血管血栓形成,内皮细胞损伤,甚至管腔闭塞,并有胶原纤维的溶解。因此,染料激光联合曲安奈德局封是治疗增生性瘢痕的有效方法。

Sixty eight cases of hypertrophic scar with red color appearance were treated by dye laser in combination with local injection of triamicinolone acetonide. In order to compare combination regimen with single treatment. Of these 68 cases, 20 cases were treated only by dye laser and 36 cases were treated only by local injection triamicinolone acetonide in the same person as self contrast. Histological study was carried out in 2 cases. The overall effective rate of combination therapy was 92.6%. The therapeutic effect of the combination therapy was superior to that of the therapy with laser or triamicinolone acetonide alone. Histological study revealed, after dye laser treatment, thrombus occurred in blood vessel. Some of endotheliocytes were damaged and even obliteration of capillaries developed, and part of collagen fiber dissolved. So the combination therapy is an effective method of treating hypertrophic scar.
