Corrective rhinoplasty for deformities of saddle nose accompanying flat nasal tip and wide alae via modified butterfly incision

目的：探讨采用改良鼻部蝶形切口入路鞍鼻畸形合并鼻尖低平及鼻翼宽大畸形的手术效果。方法：采用改良的鼻根部蝶形切口的入路，修复畸形鼻翼软骨并行羟基磷灰石隆鼻术。以达到鼻尖低平及鞍鼻整复的目的。结果：施术３０例，平均随访１年，效果满意。结论：改良蝶形切口入路行鞍鼻合并鼻尖低平及鼻翼宽大畸形的手术方式具有安全可靠、操作较简便、整复确切和并发症少等优点。

Objective: To study the operative effects of the corrective rhinoplasty for saddle nose accompanying flat nasal tip and wide alae via modified butterfly incision. Methods: A modified butterfly incision for the approach to rhinoplasty was adopted and deformed alar cartilages were repaired. Hydroxyapatite was implanted to raise the nasal bridge so as to correct the saddle nose. Results: The clinical results were satisfactory in 30 cases undergoing this operation with 2-36 months follow up. Conclusion: This new operation procedure bears the advantages of safety in operation, simplicity in practice, less complications and no visible scar.
