以多发残毁性关节炎为显著表现的多中心网状组织细胞增生症1例

A case of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis with arthritis multilans

31岁女性,颜面、四肢结节伴多关节肿痛4年,诊断为多中心网状组织细胞增生症,用环磷酰胺、泼尼松、雷公藤治疗11个月后,皮损消退,但出现多发残毁性关节炎,手指和足趾短缩、双侧股骨头无菌坏死、颅骨缺损。

A 31 year old female patient presented small nodules on the face and extremities with multiple arthralgia for four years,diagnose multicentric reticulohistiocytosis.After cyclophosphamide, prednisone and Tripterygium Wilfordii were given for 11 months,the nodules disappeared, but arthritis mutilans,shortening of fingers and toes,aseptic necrosis of bilateral femoral head and skull defect were occured.
