摘要
目的 探讨表皮生长因子 (EGF)对大鼠早期胃粘膜萎缩的干预作用。 方法 将15只大鼠平均分为3组 ,均给予三联致萎缩因素 (60%酒精、20mmol/L去氧胆酸钠、0.1%氨水 )灌胃 ,1组加EGF10μg/kg隔日皮下注射共24周 ,另1组加2ml注射用水 ,隔日皮下注射共24周作为对照。观察3组大鼠胃大体标本及组织学变化。结果 加EGF者与其他两组比 ,胃窦、胃体部炎症程度降低 ,固有层厚度增高 ,固有腺面积百分比和胃体部固有腺中壁细胞数增多。 结论
Objective To study on the effects of epidermal growth factor(EGF) in intervention of gastric mucosa atrophy in early stage.Methods Fifteen rats administered by gastric gavage with 60% alcohol,20mmol/L deoxycholic acid Na-salt pure (DOC-Na) and 0.1% ammonia for 24 weeks were randomly assigned to three groups,rats in intervention group were injected subcutaneously with 10μg/kg weight EGF,one group was injected with normal saline and other group was used as control.Results Comparing to other two groups inflammation grades at gastric body and antrum in EGF group were lower,thickness of lamina propria mucosa,percentage of pyloric gland area to total lamina propria at antrum and number of parietal cell in one intact oxyntic gland at gastric body were higher.Conclusion EGF could intervene gastric mucosa from atrophy in early stage.
