水蛭的抗早孕有效成分研究(Ⅰ)

Study on the effective constituents of antiearly pregnancy in Whitmina pigra

目的 :探索水蛭抗早孕有效成分。方法 :通过有机溶剂沉淀方法初步对水蛭水煎剂不同成分进行分离 ,经蛋白质定性实验、IR和薄层色谱鉴别 ,并对分离出的各成分进行小鼠抗早孕实验。结果 :分离得到的成分 (Ⅱ )是一种活性蛋白质 ,有抗早孕活性。结论

Objective: To study the effective constituents of anti-early pregnancy in Whitminia pigra. Methods: The effective constituents in Whitminia pigra decoction were obtained through organic solvent precipitation and characterized by protein qualitative test,IR and TLC.Antiearly pregnancy experiments were conducted in rats. Results:Constituent (Ⅱ) obtained from Whitminia pigra decoction was an active protein with antiearly pregnancy activity. Conclusion: The effective constituent of antiearly pregnancy in Whitminia pigra is a kind of active protein.
