Exploration for interrelation of several duplicate index in HBV infection

目的 :探讨HBV感染复制指标间相互关系。方法 :回顾性分析了 14 4 6例儿童和 32 2例成人HBsAg滴定度与HBeAg和HBV DNA(PCR)阳性率间关系。结果 :随HBsAg滴定度升高 ,HBeAg和HBV DNA(PCR)阳性率亦明显升高 ,但低滴定度时仍有部分被检者后两项呈阳性 ,而高滴定度时后两项的阳性率仅略高于 70 %。结论 :单纯凭某项或几项检验指标判断HBV的复制能力具有很大片面性 。

OBJECTIVE:To explore interrelation of several duplicate index in HBV infection. METHODS: Reviewed the interrelation about titer of HBsAg with positive ratio of HBeAg and HBV DNA(PCR) in 1446 cases of children and 322 cases of adults. RESULTS: With the rising of HBsAg titer, positive ratio of HBeAg and HBV DNA (PCR) rises obviously. However, when in low titer, there still be positive of the last two index; when in very high titer, the positive ratio of the last two index only exceeds 70%. CONCLUSION: It will take one sided to judge the duplicate ability of HBV simply by one or several laboratory index.
