摘要
目的 :研究腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣的血供和临床应用。方法 :依据 10侧下肢标本的解剖结果 ,采用腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣修复软组织缺损 11例。结果 :腓肠神经营养血管与腓动脉穿支之间形成广泛的链式血管网 ,临床应用的皮瓣全部成活 ,效果满意。结论 :该皮瓣是修复足踝部软组织缺损的理想的皮瓣。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the blood supply and clinical application of reverse island flap pedicled with sural nerve and its nutrient vessels. METHODS: Eleven patients were treated with the reverse island flap pedicled with sural nerve and its nutrient vessels for the soft tissue defect under the anatomic study of ten lower limbs of cadavers. RESULTS: A longitudinal vascular network was formed between those nutrient vessels of the sural nerve and the perforating branches of peroneal artery, those clinical flaps were wholly successful and satisfactory. CONCLUSION: The flap is an ideal flap for the reconstruction of soft tissue defect of the ankle and foot.
