摘要
双探头符合线路(DHC)显像技术的不断成熟和广泛应用,使核医学显像技术在诊断肿瘤方面有了新的发展。由于双探头符合线路在图像处理方面采用了符合探测的预先分组最大期望值图像重建(COSEM)方法(迭代重建法)代替了常用的滤波反投影法(FBP),使图像效果有了明显改善。并且,采用CT或 137 Cs等放射源在发射显像之前或之后作透射显像以对图像进行衰减校正,对病灶的检出以及图像效果均有较大益处。近来许多研究采用CT等影像技术与SPECT图像进行同机或非同机图像融合处理 。
This discussion extends that review to a description of dual heads coincidence(DHC).On the imaging reconstruction of DHC, new algorithms using iterative reconstruction that based on the ordered subsets estimation maximization(COSEM) has been developed for coincidence imaging that improved the effect of imaging. The attenuation correction(AC) for the body DHC imaging was performed by the using CT or 137Cs.On the comparison of the effect of imaging between AC and no AC , the image quantity of AC imaging is superior to that no AC's. The numerous studies have shown the fusion imaging from coregistered the function imaging of DHC and anatomy imaging of CT or MRI can apply more accurately imaging than DHC only. This paper also compare the efficiency of diagnosis for tumor patients with PET and FDG_DHC. The efficiency of DHC detecting to the mass of >1.5cm was higher, but the mass of <1.5cm was lower.
