下斜肌转移术治疗上斜肌麻痹

A study on inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition

目的 :探讨下斜肌转移术治疗上斜肌麻痹的疗效。方法 :对 36例上斜肌麻痹的患者施行下斜肌转移术 ,将下斜肌止点缝合固定在下直肌颞侧。术后 6个月～ 5年随访 ,观察疗效。结果 :治愈 12例 ( 33 3% ) ,改善 14例 ( 38 9% ) ,失败 10例 ( 2 7 8% )。治愈 12例患者全部在垂直偏斜 <10 Δ 和 11～ 15 Δ 组内 ,失败 10例均为垂直偏斜度数大者。结论 :下斜肌转移术是一种有效、安全、简单可靠的治疗上斜肌麻痹的手术方法 ,其矫正垂直偏斜的度数大约在 10 Δ

Objective:To study the curative effect of inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition for superior oblique palsy. Methods:36 patients of superior oblique palsy were treated by inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition.Following-up was from 6 months to 5 years. Results:12 cases (33 3%) were cured,14 cases (38 9%) were improved and 10 cases (27 8%) were failed. Conclusions:Inferior oblique muscles anterior transposition is an effective,simple and safe operation for the treatment of superior oblique palsy.About 10 Δ can be corrected.
