摘要
小麦品种对赤霉病的抗性主要表现在抗病害扩展,而不是抗病菌侵入。抗病品种的特点是病害自侵染点向邻近小穗扩展速度慢,穗轴受害轻或不受害,病小穗数少;在感病品种上,病害扩展速度快,可导致全穗枯萎。不同抗性品种对真菌毒素的敏感程度不一,抗病品种耐毒力强,细胞膜损伤程度轻,胞内电解质外漏量少;这种电解质外漏量间的差异,可采用电导仪测定组织侵出液的电导率而加以确定。
The relationship between the characteristics of wheat-scab resistant and wheat plant-morphology was discussed with the method of which spore suspension liquid inoculated into the same place with the same amount in feild condition.The results showed that, there were no relationship between performance of wheat-scab resistant had no relationship with plant height ear length and ear type as well as the deseith of ear-1rt and a little relationship with length of awn.But the resistent capacity had a chose relationship with the affection length of ear axes. The shorter affection length, the more capacity of resistant to wheat scab.The peroxidase(POX) zymogram pattern was different of cultivars.The anti-scab cultivar of″ Sumai No. 3″ added a new belt of enzyme based on the original of 8 enzyme belts after inoculated. But the infective cultivar of″ Kenda No. 1″ had the same as 6 enzyme belts.The POX activity increased of both anti-scab and infective cultivars,but the comparison vigor index of enzyme increased rate of ant-scabcultivar of' Sumai No. 3' was higher than infective cultivars such as 'Kenda No. 1' and' Dongnong No. 120'.
