摘要
考察了黄孢原毛平革菌菌丝球对铅离子的动态吸附及其洗脱性能。实验结果表明 ,流速、温度、溶液pH值和初始浓度等因素对动态吸附有很大影响 ,饱和吸附量为2 0 .19mg .g- 1 ,比同样条件下的静态饱和吸附量 (2 3.96mg .g- 1 )稍低。洗脱液流速和洗脱温度对洗脱速率有较大影响 ,洗脱率在 90 %以上 (最高可达 97.16 % )。
A kind of biomass Phanerochaete chrysosporium has good adsorption ability for Pb 2+. The adsorption and elution properties for Pb 2+ were studied. Results showed that many factors,such as flow rate,temperature,Pb 2+ solution pH and Pb 2+ initial concentration,had great influences on biosorption properties in a column. And the saturation uptake was 20.19mg/g which was less low than that of batch equilibrium adsorption(23.96mg/g).The elution rate was affected by the flow rate and temperature of eluent. The elution efficiency was above 90%,and the highest value 97.16% was obtained in this experiment.
