摘要
采用 PC上位机进行监控调节 ,高性能的单片机系统实现信号传输 ,DSP系统完成实时仿真任务 ,通过对这三个模块具体的设计分析 ,对自行设计的柴油机硬件在环仿真系统进行了全面的介绍 ,在对其软硬件组成。
A self-designed hardware-in-the-loop simulation system for diesel is introduced, which can be used to improve the efficiency of developing engine electronic control units. In this system, a standard personal computer serves operating console, through which the software is controlled and hardware is connected. The diesel model performs well by using floating-point DSP running at 40 MHz. An intelligent interface module using 80196 microprocessor supports the excellent real-time behavior of the system by transmitting signals between modules quickly and accurately. Common memories are used for saving and delivering data in the system, but with different types for different modules. For the engine simulation, a simplified non-linear model is developed, which could meet the real time running demand while the accuracy is good enough for studying the engine's dynamics. And the system's performance is proved by some simulation results provided.
