摘要
建立多通道数据采集系统 ,记录和定量分析小鼠抖笼药理实验的数据 .在分析了抖笼法定量指标的物理意义后 ,以抖笼记录曲线振幅之和作为基础指标 ,并采用基于小时间扫描窗的算法 ,计算小鼠总活动强度、大活动时间和静息时间等定量指标 .实验结果证明 ,所提出的定量分析指标和方法可以较全面地反映抖笼试验的结果 。
A multi- channel data acquisition system and a quantitative analysis algorithm were developed to record and analyze the signals of the jiggle- cage pharmacological test.Using the sum of total amplitudes of the oscillation signal as a basic index and based on a shorttime scanning window,the algorithm calculated the total activity intensity,the time of large scale movement and the time of quiet stay of the recording mouse.The results indicated that the system was running correctly during mouse pharmacological test; and thatthe algorithm improves comparison between different tests.
