摘要
本文利用隧道扫描显微镜 ( STM)在室温条件下 ,低真空环境中 ,在高定向裂解石墨 ( HOPG)表面 ,对单壁碳纳米管 ( SWCN)以及多壁碳纳米管 ( MWCN)进行了观测 。
In this paper, This paper study the Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) including SWCN and the MWCN rubbed with chloroform which are laid on the highly orientated pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrate. The structures are detected with the atomic resolution scanning tunneling microscope under the condition of room temperature and low vacuum. The datum are analysed and it seems that the STM should be a general tool for the detection of the CNTs.$$$$
