摘要
利用 X射线衍射和磁性测量研究 Nd2 ( Co1- x Fex) 17- y Cry 化合物的结构和磁性 .实验结果表明 ,这些化合物都具有 Th2 Zn17型结构 ,Cr和 Fe替代 Nd2 Co17化合物中 Co并未改变晶体结构 ,但能引起晶格膨胀 .所有化合物在室温下都表现为易面各向异性 .化合物的居里温度随着 Fe含量的增加和稳定元素 Cr含量的减小而升高 ,在 x=0 .5和 y=3 .3时达到最大值 。
The structure and magnetic properties of compounds Nd 2(Co 1-xFe x) 17-yCr y were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements. It was found that all the compounds investigated are of the Th 2Zn 17-type structure. The substitution of Cr and Fe for Co doesnt change the crystalline structure, but leads to an increase of the unit-cell volume. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the magnetically aligned powder samples indicate that the easy magnetization directions (EMD) at room temperature are in the basal plane for all Nd 2(Co 1-xFe x) 17-xCr y compounds. With increasing content Fe and decreasing Cr content, the Curie temperature T C increases first, reaching a maximum at x=0 5 and y=3 3, then decreases monotonically.
