摘要
针对目前常用的混凝土护壁挖孔桩存在的安全性差、成孔率较低等弊端 ,结合工程实践 ,设计了一种由上下滑动的钢筒通过橡胶止水环装配组成的自动沉降式滑动模具 ,并阐述这种挖孔桩的施工工艺与可行性、可靠性 ,工程实践证明 ,自动沉降式滑动模具法挖孔桩具有安全性、可靠性高 ,施工简便 ,缩短工期 ,降低成本等优点 ,桩基结构完整 。
The big diameter compresol pile is an economically optimum design on the building foundation, but the concrete guard pile can not guarantee the construction safety, and the pile is easily destroyed when the geological condition is not good. The automatic settlement slide forms compresol pile dose not have these disadvantages.As the automatic settlement slide forms compresol pile is composed of the slide steel pile, the construction method can ensure people's safety and construction quality,shorten the erection time, save materials and reduce the cost of construction. The cost of the automatic settlement slide forms compresol pile is 82 5% of that of the concrete guard pile. The pile foundation structure is perfect and the bearing capacity meets the requirement of the design.
