针对辽宁省大连市所处的地理环境 ,提出了建立大比例尺数字化地形图 .阐述了所利用的航空摄影、控制测量、数据处理等技术能够保证数字化地形图的成图质量 .同时指出 ,建立大比例尺数字化地形图所采用的软件及比较简捷的作业过程 ,可以保证数字化地形图的成图精度 。

While drawing a topographic map,with regard to different geographical environment in different cities,a relationship was put forward between the quality of the map and other steps,such as air photography,data processing and survey controlling when large scaled digital map was used.Meanwhile,the relevant software and efficient operating procedure were fulfilled and some suggestions about how to guarantee the precision of the map and how to solve the practical problems were proposed.
