摘要
研究了石膏空心条板的原料配合比 ,探索了提高该材料的韧性和成模率措施 ,并且用手工工艺和机械生产工艺成功地开发出质量较好的工业产品 .借助SEM观察了长期使用后的石膏空心条板的显微结构 ,结果表明 ,经过长期的吸湿排湿作用 ,其晶体接触点仍然完好 。
The raw materials and mixing proportion of gypsum hollow stripe board were studied in this paper.The higher quality gypsum hollow stripe board has been produced by hand and mechanized technology.The microstructure of gypsum hollow stripe board used for many years was observed by using SEM.The results show that the contact points of dehydrate gypsum crystals have no dissoving problems.
