本文介绍了ODS(消耗臭氧层物质 )对臭氧层、人体健康等方面的危害性 ,强调了我国为逐步淘汰ODS和开发ODS替代品的实施措施 ,表述了我国目前ODS替代品的开发进展和生产能力 ,并对保护臭氧层和进一步开发ODS替代品提出了建议。

This article introduces the harmfulness of ODS to ozonosphere, human health,etc.It emphatically describes the measures taken in phasing out ODS and developing ODS substitute in China.The development and throughput of ODS substitute now at home are overviewed.Besides,proposals are offered for protecting ozonosphere.
