分散聚合法制备单分散聚苯乙烯微球的研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过以乙醇 /水为介质 ,聚丙烯酸为分散剂的分散聚合法 ,制备了粒径范围在 0 .6 6 - 2 .2μm的单分散聚苯乙烯微球 .实验得出 ,分散介质的Hansen溶解度参数范围在 2 6 .34- 31.97(MPa) 12 ;分散剂用量存在临界值为 7.7g/L ;同时还考察了反应参数 ,如温度、引发剂浓度。 Monodisperse polystyrene microspheres with in the size range 0.66-2.2μm were prepared by dispersion polymerization in ehtanol/water at the presence of polyacrylic acid as a dispersant. The results shown that Hansen parameter of the media was in the range 26.34-31.97(MPa) 1/2, and there was a critical value of the dispersant: 7.7g/L. In addition, the effect of reaction factors, such as temperature, initiator and monomer concentration etc., on the polystyrene particle size and its distribution coefficient was investigated in ditails.
