摘要
采用文献和调查法 ,通过对训练中相关因素的讨论与分析 ,结果表明普通大学生运动员受学制和学业所限 ,每天的有效训练时间应控制在 2 - 3小时 ,课余训练在有限的时间内应突出专项性和专项负荷强度训练 ,加强运动技术理论学习 ,以及关键技术和主要素质训练 。
The article mainly discusses and analyzes the factors relating to the extracurricular physical training of college student athletes by adopting the method of investigating documents. The results show that the training time should be limited within 2-3 hours on account of schoolwork and school system. At the sometime, the conclusions believe that the extracurricular training of college student athletes should emphasize on the specialized training courses and their intensity, and should constantly strengthen to improve means of the scientific refreshment and psychological training.
