我国普通师范高校体育专业师资状况的调查研究

THE PRESENT SITUATION OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS IN TEACHERS COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES IN CHINA

对我国普通师范高校体育专业师资队伍状况进行调查 ,结果表明 :高校教师状况的显著特点是高学历层次比例低 ,而低学历高职称者比例高 ,教授与副教授职称的比例基本合理 ,但年龄结构偏向 4 6岁以上 .作者认为大力鼓励年轻教师攻读学位 ,优化教师队伍结构 ;注重培养和引进博士、硕士生 ,及从外校引进高水平具有同等学历的教师 ,减少和杜绝“近亲繁殖” 。

Study on the present situation of physical education teachers in colleges and universities in china based on social investigation research. The results show that one of outstanding characteristics of the present of teachers is the low proportion of teachers with high academic degrees, but the proportion with low academic degrees and high professional degrees is comparatively high. It is mainly reasonable of the professors and vice-professors in quantities and inclined to 46 and upwards in age structure. For this reason it is important to introduce more teachers with Master's or Doctor's degree on one hand and encourage young teachers to get higher academic degree on the other hand in order to optimize the structure of P.E. teachers in china.
