Making an analysis of influence and countermeasure on Chinese science and technology after entering WTO

结合中国当前科学技术的现状 ,着重探讨了我国入世后科技事业面临的机遇和挑战 ,认为加入WTO后我国应尽快加大科技投入 ,设立风险基金 。

Concerning the present situation of Chinese science and technology,the opportunity and challenge to the scientific and technological undertaking which we are facing after entering WTO is mainly discussed.It is considered that our country should establish risk fund,reform the system of science and technology and increase the research input quickly.
