含溴芳基磷酸三聚氰胺盐的合成及应用 被引量:3

Synthesis and Application of Phosphorus-Bromine-Nitrogen Containing Flame Retardant

摘要 以三氯氧磷、2 ,4,6 -三溴苯酚及三聚氰胺等为原料合成了含磷 -溴 -氮阻燃剂O - (2 ,4,6 -三溴苯基 )磷酸三聚氰胺盐 (Ⅲ )和O ,O -二 (2 ,4,6 -三溴苯基 )磷酸三聚氰胺盐 (Ⅳ ) ,元素分析、红外光谱、1HNMR等确定了结构 .在不饱和聚酯树脂中应用试验证明磷 -溴 -氮在同一分子中具有协同阻燃作用 ,相同添加量时阻燃剂 (Ⅲ )、(Ⅳ )的阻燃性能优于含磷 -溴阻燃剂 (Ⅴ ) .应用试验表明 ,阻燃剂 (Ⅲ )、(Ⅳ )、(Ⅴ ) phosphorus_bromine_nitrogen containing flame retardant O_(2,4,6_tribromophenyl) phosphoric melamine salt(Ⅲ) and O,O_di(2,4,6_Tribromophenyl)phosphoric salt (Ⅳ) were synthesized, with their structures confirmed by elemental analyses, FT_IR etc. It showed that phosphorus_bromine_nitrogen in same molecular had synergism. Simultaneously, it was confirmed that phosphorus_bromine_nitrogen containing compounds (Ⅲ) and (Ⅳ) were superior to phosphorus_bromine containing flame retardant (Ⅴ). The application test showed that the flame retardants (Ⅲ),(Ⅳ) and (Ⅴ) could not influence the physics mechanical property of unsaturated polyester resin.
