摘要
阐述了智能气介式超声物位仪的基本原理 ,介绍了其硬件设计、软件设计及传感器技术 ,并针对提高测量精度和克服各种干扰信号所采取的措施 ,应用单片机实现了物位测量和控制的智能化 。
The principles of an Object Position Measuring Instrument using intelligent ultrasonic waves and gas medium are presented. An intelligent single-chip controlling system is designed to solve technical problems arising from the application of this instrument. Designs of hardware and software, and the technique of an ultrasonic sensor are introduced. Effective measures are taken to raise the measuring precision and eliminate disturbing signals.
