胎盘早剥13例临床分析

Clincal analysis of thirteen cases about placenta abruption

目的 :探讨胎盘早剥的发生规律、诊治特点及预后。方法 :对延安大学医学院附属医院1 997— 2 0 0 1年 6月间 1 3例胎盘早剥进行研究。结果 :胎盘早剥起病急 ,发展快 ,如果诊断处理不及时会严重威胁母婴生命。结论 :胎盘早剥诊断的迟早、处理是否及时与母婴预后密切相关。

Objective:Probe into the occuar regularity of placenta abruption,diagnosis characteristics and prognosis.Methods:To study the thirteen cases of placenta in our hospital attached to medical college of Yanan,University,obsterical department which came from january,1997 to june,2001.Results:The placenta abruption falls ill urgently and develops puickly,it will threaten mother and babys life,if she isnt given timely diagnose and treatment.Conclusion:The diagnose sooner or late and treatment wheather or not in time that is related to mother and babys prognosis.
