Analysis of 75 cases of anesthesia for aged patient

目的 :比较常用各种麻醉 ,探讨老年人最佳手术麻醉方法。方法 :对 75例老年人各类手术麻醉选择及术前用药、术中管理、麻醉并发症的预防及处理进行分析。结果 :硬膜外麻醉较为安全可靠 ,具有阻滞范围易掌握 ,肌肉松驰好 ,生理影响小 ,康复快等优点。结论 :掌握好老年人生理特点 。

Objective:To evaluate the method of anesthesia for aged patients.Methods:The data of anesthesia for 75 aged patients were analyzed.Results:Epidural anesthesia was safe for the aged patients.Conclusion: Epifural anesthesia is safe and an effective choice for aged patients.
