摘要 采用正钛酸丁酯和乙酸钡为原料 ,甲醇和乙二醇独甲醚为溶剂 ,用溶胶 -水热 -凝胶法经不同条件的水热温度和不同的热处理条件制备出了 15~ 5 0 nm的钛酸钡超细粉体 ,并对粉体进行了 DSC、FT- IR、XRD、TEM等表征 .结果表明 In this paper, the barium titanate (BaTiO 3) gels were prepared by a novel sol-hydrothermal-gel method from Ti(C 4H 9O) 4 and Ba(CH 3COO) 2 as the raw materials, CH 3OH and HOCH 2CH 2OCH 3 as solvent. The BaTiO 3 gels were obtained by different hydrothermal temperature, then the nanometer powders of BaTiO 3 were obtained by different thermal conditions with BaTiO 3 dried-gel. BaTiO 3 powders were characterized using DSC,X-ray power diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and FT-IR . Our investigation shows that the purity crystallization of barium titanate is high and the particle diameter is within 15~50 nanometer.
