摘要
研制开发了一种等离子体渗氮用高频微脉冲电源 ,其工作频率在 10 0 k Hz以上 ,能很好地抑制弧光放电和空心阴极效应 。
A micropulse power supply for ion nitriding was developed. It's working frequency is up to 100kHz, so that it can restrain more effect arc-discharge and hollow cathode, and it is availability to implement surface nitriding treatment under special conditions such as the nitriding of inner-hole surface.
