摘要 在介绍现代工业生产高度可靠性、高度智能化与实时性的特点的基础上 ,分析了现代工业生产对远程实时监控系统的要求和监控系统所必须具备的主要功能 ,提出了设计具有高可靠性的远程实时监控系统的若干准则 ,并据此研究了一种以PLC为基础的具有高可靠性的实时远程监控系统总体框架模型 .最后给出了该模型在化工生产过程中的应用实例 .实践证明该模型应用方便 ,实现容易 。 Based on the introduction to characteristics of high reliability, high intelligence and real time of modern industrial production, this article analyzes the requirements for monitoring and control systems. And necessary competences which monitoring and control systems must possess are introduced. This paper proposes several rules for designing real time monitoring and control systems with high reliability. A model framework and prototype based on PLC for real time monitoring and control systems with high reliability has been developed. This paper gives an example of the model applied in the chemical industrial production. It shows that the model has the characteristics of convenient operation, easy realization and high reliability.
