摘要 以协同设计过程规律的发现和认识为目的 ,运用设计实验的方法观察小组协同设计 ,重点对小组协同设计中设计思想和概念的产生方法、任务分工和角色定位、矛盾冲突与消解方式 ,以及非话语的设计行为等方面所观察到的现象进行分析 .得到以下结论 :设计者使用大量的类比法产生设计思想和概念 ;设计过程中产生了建议者和领导者角色 ;存在由设计者提出新的设计目标来协调解决冲突等几种矛盾冲突避免和消解的方式 ;草图、手势等非话语设计行为在信息交流活动中发挥重要作用 . To reveal and cognize the nature of collaborative design processes, the paper presents the method of design experiments to observe teamwork, and especially analyzes some collaborative design specific phenomena, including the ways of design ideas and concepts generation, work assignment and role adoption, the ways of avoiding and resolving conflicts, and non verbal design activities. The following conclusions are drawn: designers often use the method of analogy to generate design ideas and concepts, the roles of proposer and leader are emerged in the design process, there exists some ways of avoiding and resolving conflicts by proposing a new design object in the team. Non verbal design activities like sketches and gestures and so on play important roles in the communication activities of designers.
