摘要
讨论了高温超导陶瓷YBa2 Cu3 O9-x体系的研制方法 ,研究了各种因素对YBa2 Cu3 O9-x体系电特性的影响 ,通过X射线衍射分析及扫描电镜观测 ,确定了该样品为钙钛矿结构 ,并获得了零电阻为 98K的高温超导陶瓷材料 ,它具有良好的抗磁性 .同时 ,还探讨了烧制TlBaCaCu2 Oy新体系的工艺条件 ,获得了零电阻为116 .5K的Tl系超导陶瓷材料 ,该材料具有良好的抗磁性 .
The method for developing the YBa 2Cu 3O 9- x system of ceramics material with high temperature superconduction is presented in this paper, and the effect of all factors on its electric characteristics is also studied. By analyzing X ray diffraction and observing electrical scanning mirror, this sample is proved to be Ca Ti ore structure. A kind of ceramics material with high temperature superconduction is gotten. Its zero resistance is 98?K and diamagnetism is good. The technological conditions for calcining TlBaCaCu 2O y new system is researched. The ceramic material with high temperature superconduction of T1 series with zero resistance of 116.5?K is gotten and it has good diamagnetism.
