摘要
在分析和总结现有煤粉燃烧技术对煤种和负荷适应性之局限性的基础上 ,提出了采用可调卫燃带来解决锅炉对煤种和负荷适应性的新思想 .介绍了可调卫燃带的基本结构和工作原理 ,用试验与传热计算的结果论证了可调卫燃带应用于大型煤粉炉的可行性 .研究表明 :在采取了必要的冷却保护和防渣、除渣措施后 ,可调卫燃带的工程应用是完全可行的 。
On the basis of reviewing the unsatisfactory aspects of currently applied pulverized coal combustion technologies, a new concept of movable heat insulate layer on furnace waterwall is put forward to improve the adaptability of boiler to coal rank and load variation. The structure and working theorem for the movable heat insulate layer is introduced and its feasibility is discussed with facts of heat transfer and experiments in laboratory and boiler. The research proves that the movable heat insulate layer is feasible and it can be applied to pulverized coal fired boiler with large scale by necessary cooling and anti slugging measures.
