细胞培养是细胞学研究的基本方法之一 .离体细胞在体外培养时对外界条件要求很高 ,培养条件的微小改变会严重影响细胞的正常生长 .在两种哺乳动物细胞培养的基础上 。

Cell culture is one of the basic methods in the field of cytologic research. Cell requires strict outside conditions when it was cultured in vitro. A tiny change of cultural condition will affect seriously on the normal growth of cell. On the basis of the studies on two species of mammalian cell cultrue, this article has discussed the influence on cellular growth when some factors has changed in the culture solution.
