摘要
分析了燃烧过程中痕量重金属的释放及控制。从煤中痕量重金属元素的分布特征及元素的 化学亲和性、飞灰颗粒产生的机理、气溶胶动力学模型等方面讨论燃烧过程中痕量重金属元 素的特性,并提出一系列控制方法,包括洗煤、燃烧调整、添加吸附剂以及改善现有的除尘 设备等。最后对国内外重金属排放控制的研究方向进行了展望。
The title problem in combustion process has been analysed. The properties of tra ce heavy metal elements in the combustion process have been discussed from the f ollowing aspects: the distribution feature of trace heavy metal elements in coal, the chemical affinity of said elements, the production mechanism of fly ash particles, and kinetic model of aerosol etc. In result, control measures, including coal washing, combustion regulation, addition of adsorbent, and improvement of existing dust-removal equipment, are put forward. Finally, the prospects for research direction of controlling heavy metal release at home and abroad are also given.
