摘要
总结了我国现役的4台哈尔滨锅炉厂制造的600 MW机组HG2008型燃煤锅炉运行过程中出现的过热蒸汽、再热蒸汽温度偏差和受热面设计、 过 热器系统阻力、燃烧器摆动执行机构等问题,以及采取的相应改进措施,为国产大型燃 煤机组锅炉的优化设计和运行提供了有益经验。
Main troublesome problems, such as temperature excursion of superheated steam an d reheated steam, unreasonable design of heating surface, higher resistance in superheater system, and defects of burner-swinging actuator etc. occurred in operation of four HG2008 type coal-fired boilers on active service for 600MW units manufactured by Harbin Boiler Factory have been summarized, and corresponding measures for improvement have been put forward, providing for design and operation optimization of homemade large capacity coal-fired boilers with beneficial experiences.
