C50型机组汽轮机调速系统油动机的改进及分析

摘要 广州发电厂C50机组投产后,经甩负荷试验,发现调速系统动态特性不合格。通过对调速系 统油动机的改进,减小了调速系统迟缓率,加快了油动机的关闭速度,从而解决了调速系统 动态特性超调量过大的问题。 After putting C50 type unit into operation at Guangzhou Power Plant, it was foun d that the dynamic characteristic of its speed-governing system isn′t up to standard via full load rejection experiment. Through retrofitting the servomotor in said governing system, the actuation slowness of the speed governing system has been improved, enhancing the closing velocity of the servomotor, and then the problem regarding the excesive overshoot of the dynamic characteristic for the speed-governing system having been resolved.
