TH2100SCADA中分布式报警的实现

摘要 数据采集与监控系统 (SCADA)在电力系统调度自动化中具有重要的地位 ,而其中报警子系统又是SCADA系统中至关重要的部分。该子系统在报警发生时 ,能以丰富、恰当的表现手段让调度人员快速掌握系统状态 ,加快决策 ,缩短故障恢复时间。TH2 10 0SCADA的报警子系统 ,通过多线程和网络通信技术的运用 ,实现了分布式报警 ,在数据库中计算机、调度员和电力设备的属性中引入了所属范围 ,从而实现了报警信息的过滤 ,并且扩充性好 ,配置灵活 ,查询方便。现场应用也很成功。TH2 10 0SCADA分布式报警子系统采用了这些技术。 SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system plays an important role in dispatch automation of power system and the distributed alarm sub system is a crucial part of SCADA. Once an alarm is raised, this sub system should immediately notify the dispatcher with abundant and proper ways to let the dispatcher master the status of power system and quickly make the decision to shorten the recovering time. In the alarm sub system of TH2100 SCADA, some technologies, such as multi thread and network communica tion,are adopted to obtain a distributed system; the range property is introduced into the databases of computer, dispatcher and power device to filter alarm information. The sub system is good in expandability, flexible in configuration and convenient in information request. The field practice is very successful. These applied technologies are presented.
