摘要
介绍了振动监测在机器调节中的应用。它用于对旋转电机的预防性维护和例行检修 ,其原理基于机器产生的机械振动频谱 ,故障机器会产生不同于“正常”机器的振动频谱。介绍了故障机器的振动频谱。通过检测机器的振动特性 ,能够推断出机器的运行状态 ,因而能在机器损坏之前确定相应的维修工作进度。如果检测系统和机器一直相连 。
The applications of vibration monitoring to machine conditioning are presented.It is useful in the preventive maintenance and routine checking of rotating machines.The principle is based on the vibration spectrum generated by machines:a faulty machine would produce a different vibration spectrum from the normal one.The corresponding vibration spectrum for faulty machines is addressed.By examining the vibration characteristics of machine,the operating conditions of the machine can be deduced and hence the corresponding maintenance work scheduled before the machine deteriorates.If the monitoring system is connected to the machines permanently,it can indicate any fault instantly.
