摘要 异步电动机软起动器以其软起动能力和其他一些优点而广泛用于起动异步电动机。本文分析了异步电动机软起动器的电路结构。介绍了一种利用晶闸管两端电压信号来确定软起动结束点的方法。提出了在异步电动机供电不平衡的情况下平衡相间电流的方法,给出了晶闸管故障检测的方法。 Soft starting controllers are being used increasingly as induction motor starting controllers because of their soft starting capability and other advantages. The construction of the soft starting controller is presented in this paper. A method of identifying the end of soft starting process based on the voltage across the non-conducting thyristor is introduced. Ways of balancing the phase current of an induction motor operating with unbalanced supply and fault diagnostics of the thyristors are discussed.
